This is our shipping, returns and refunds policy.

We sell and ship only in the UK. We also make returns and refunds easy.


All orders are sent out on the same day or the next working day, depending on the time we receive the order. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.


UK shipping takes only 2 business days.

 

UK shipping is £2.99.

We offer free shipping on orders above £19.

2. guarantee

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products that your first order is covered by a money-back guarantee. Put us to the test for 30 days. If you don't like them, we will gladly refund your money (minus any shipping costs).


This guarantee applies to ONE BOX on your first order, for up to 30 days after delivery. If you are unhappy, we will take back any UNUSED boxes from your order and refund you. Please note that if you open more than one box you cannot claim a refund on the additional boxes and we cannot take them back.

 

Our return and refund system is very easy to use:

 

•    To claim your refund, YOU MUST FIRST email us via the Contact Us form from the Contact page.
•    Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole box.
•    You must supply your full name, address, and order number.
•    You will be refunded to the source of your original payment, minus the shipping costs.
•    If you don't follow these guidelines we cannot track and process any return and we may not be able to refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst we can't guarantee a specific time slot or delivery date, we aim to deliver your products as soon as possible - orders for delivery on the UK mainland (when all products are in stock) should typically arrive 2 business days later by carrier or Royal Mail.


•    Orders placed after 12 p.m. on a Friday will only be processed the following Monday.
•    We can't deliver on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday / Public Holiday.
•    All orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail.


We cannot accept liability for:
•    Damage to products in transit/delivery delays due to a third party.
•    Any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
•    We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not deliver to your area. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and refund the sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 10 days of your order.

If you’ve ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy.

You will need to pay for return postage and when we get the items back, we will inspect them and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
